Dear Bart,
Your reply is quite clear to me now and congratulation to Mathieu.
I also with agree the other participants that it's the prerogative of the
Council to appoint any member but just making the process transparent to
CCWG accountability group does not harm,it's also a learning curve to some
of us who may require to follow the same path in a different working
group.I hope i'm well understood.
