Dear Richard
Do not worry
Nothing will be done seriously
Every thing is cosmetic and superficial
No one really wishes to go to the core of the problem
They just want to collect existing information which did not respond to the
fundamental questions of accountability
You are right but which forum you want to submit your proposal
Who will listen to that
Who will take that into account
No one
Sorry
Do not be disappointed
Continue to freely express your views
