**Please note that the Chairs have decided to open to Adobe Connect room to
any silent observers, including the observers on this mailing list. There
will no longer be an audio-only stream for observers. You are welcome to
share the Adobe Connect link, but please remind your colleagues that should
they intend to actively participate in CCWG-Accountability calls, that they
