[CCWG-Accountability] Sign Up for Work Areas!

Oops I missed to delete the ML - I intended to e-mail Grace indivisually.

For those who are not at the call, there was a suggestion to send
request to join Work Area indivisually, to focus the ML on discussions
and save e-mail traffic.
