[CCWG-Accountability] F2F Meeting Details

Dear Thomas
At the end of the second face-to -Face meeting, it was announced that if
any member from chartering organization does not wish to attend that
meeting , the coprresponding charetering organizatiobn may assign another
memberr just for that meeting
I have made arrangements to attend Frankfort Meeting to be held on 19 and
20 JA. 2015,
Please investigate whether I could attaend as a GAC MEMBER IN CASE OF
ABSENTEE
