Adding more light to Castro's  proposal. The Open Data movement is
spreading very fast and  as a specialist within the open government
business i will be very glad to see ICANN as a whole adopting some of the
open data policies that will provide a common platform for reformers,
committed to making the internet free and more open, accountable and more
responsive to citizens so that  transparency processes will be deepen.
