Dear Tijani,

Many thanks for your detailed input.

Your point regarding the formalities to engage with Advisors is well 
noted. The intent is only to formalize the process by which the CCWG 
formally requests Advice on a certain matter, but by all means Advisors 
are Participants to the group and that should not restrict interactions 
with them.

We are trying to engage with Advisors to get their feedback on the topic 
as well, and a revised version will be presented for approval when that 
is completed. I'll make sure this point is conveyed to them.
