[CCWG-Accountability] Notes & Action Items from CCWG Call on 23 December

Hi Tijani,

In response your question about the Adobe Connect recording: I am not sure
why there was a blank. It was likely a technical error. This is one of the
reasons we have two recordings (one from Adobe Connect and one from
Verizon). The Verizon recording (Mp3) is not posted yet, but I will work
with Brenda to get that up as soon as possible. As you know, with ICANN
being closed for the holiday, there are some delays, even though this staff
team is working.

If you review the transcript
<https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/51414843/Meeting3_23Dec.pd
f?version=1&modificationDate=1419421703000&api=v2> , the parts of the call
for WA3 and WA4 are addressed, starting on the bottom of page 45. On last
week's call, neither WA3 and WA4 had developed much content, but you'll
notice that Avri has added some material to the Wiki for WA3 this week. I
will go through both mailing lists now and post any documents that may have
been missed. Of course, we will also look forward to an update from all
groups later today.

Best,
Grace

Dear Tijani,

Many thanks for your detailed input.

Your point regarding the formalities to engage with Advisors is well noted.
The intent is only to formalize the process by which the CCWG formally
requests Advice on a certain matter, but by all means Advisors are
Participants to the group and that should not restrict interactions with
them.

We are trying to engage with Advisors to get their feedback on the topic as
well, and a revised version will be presented for approval when that is
completed. I'll make sure this point is conveyed to them.

Talk to you later I hope,
Mathieu
