[Cross-Community] Update from Public Experts

Obvious. As much as for the CEO of a Registry, since Registries have announced their intention to be the sole outside Accountabilty instance for the naming functions, but  in the rush to select candidates even before the charter has been approved, nobody has raised the issue so far.
