[CCWG-ACCT] There's no suitable topic for this one

I think discussion among us shall not be escalated to diplomatic channel
I do attend CCWG as simple participant preseting my own views.
I am not representing any government at CCWG.
I there vbelieve that our discussions, différences, disputes shall remain
between us in CCWG.
I hope my distinguished friend whom I respect, ed Morris would kindly
respect this arrangement.
We should work together and try to remove any misunderstanding.
Rasing an issue with Embassy who certainly would not undersdtand the
situation was not and will not be a good process.
I therefroe request the people to refrain taking any issue outside CCWG.
