[CCWG-ACCT] An Inadvertent Omission in Annex 5 - Mission Statement

+1 especially as some of us seem to be unclear (even though reading the
table on page 7-8 seem to indicate that it's indeed referring to DNS based
on the itemisation).

I also appreciate efforts to remove any ambiguity from the mission
statement.
