[CCWG-ACCT] Work plan in January

Hi,

The CCWG made the promises. 
- They were discussed with the group. 
- Then the leaders we had elected made decisions and the promises in our
names. 
- Then, we did not eject them from leadership for having done so. 

I am not condemning us for slipping, just saying we need to figure out
how to stop slipping and make and end of it.

I believe are responsible for the commitments made in the name of the group.
