Dear Co-Chairs,

I am on record since very early on that I say what I mean and mean
what I say.

So the answer is no.

The ccNSO is a Policy Development body and the policy is ICANN policy
not ccNSO Policy, by the way.

Come to think of it, I do not think the ccNSO can "speak" for anyone.

But then I have read the bylaws.
