Thanks Ed.  Totally agreed. We need to support all the ICA members for
attendance.They have an important function and not supporting all of them
equally might even affect the accountability structure that we want to
implement at present which aims to give all the stakeholdergroups a chance
to participate in holding ICANN accountable.
