Yes, I saw that too . especially since I know of no "drafts of reform
proposals" that are in near-enough good shape to start canvassing opinion
about.  I also wondered why ICANN would be touring European capitols seeking
government support rather than, say, non-government communities.  And why
Europe and not, say, Africa or South America?

This caught my eye:

ICANN officials will start touring European capitals over the next two
months to canvass opinion on the latest drafts of reform proposals.

Anyone know anything about this tour of capitals?
