[CCWG-ACCT] CCWG Advisors joining Istanbul meeting

Hi

I too personally do not see it as a non-transparent way of doing things -
with advisors meeting separately and discussing things amongst themselves
to prepare for the upcoming meeting, but Keith's suggestion if implemented
will definitely bring more transparency in the system.
