[CCWG-ACCT] Internet Principles by ICANN in Strategic Plan

Hi Barack,

ICANN community sure makes her our principles, the question was asking
about who makes INTERNET principles and the closest answer I have to that
is the IETF which sets operating standards of the internet globally
(Protocol parameters).
