[CCWG-ACCT] GAO meeting request

Dear Co-Chairs,

what gives you the idea that they want to meet with the Co-Chairs
(only)?

I do not think the Co-Chairs and/or individuals from ST have a
mandate to speak on the substance of our deliberations, however I
agree that such a call would be unwieldy if done by the plenum.

Hence, for transparency and accountability purposes, the call needs
to be recorded and transcribed, and I propose that the
transcription be reviewed by both sides and agreed upon as to
accuracy prior to publication, and then published without redaction.


Where are the list of questions referred to below?
