[CCWG-ACCT] GAO meeting request

Hi,

Works for me.

And i agree with the analysis that says not talking or getting
restrictive about what can and can't be answered would be worse.  We
need to be transparent. This list is transparent.  Even our anxiety
about speaking to them is transparent.  So they already know our concerns.

I trust our chairs enough to think it will be ok.  And I think our
chairs can point them at others to speak to if they wish - like the
leaders of various sub-efforts, if that seems reasonable from what comes
out in their consultations.

I also think that we will, perforce, need to be equally open with other
investigative processes that may want to take a look at the work we are
doing.  Should there be any.
