[CCWG-ACCT] Outstanding issues on executive summary

Dear Co-Chairs,

I believe it may be helpful at this point to know whether there are
outstanding issues yet to be covered in the executive summary.

Considering all that have been said on the list so far, may I request that
you kindly provide bullet points of what you have observed to be lacking on
the effective summary and suggest way of addressing it within the timeline
of 15th November.
