[CCWG-ACCT] 17 UTC deadline for final edits

Me either.  The lack of reliable Internet access this week in Joao Pessoa has made it impossible to participate, let alone even FOLLOW the discussions taking place this week.  We need to be sure there are adequate opportunities for members to engage in this discussion.  It is moving too fast and we need to be more mindful that we cannot devote 100% of our lives to CCWG this week.
