King Leon, stick to setting up unauthorized meetings at IGF conferences, an infraction that should have caused you to be recalled from your position, by the way.  You are going to tell me what is offensive without being at all specific?  You don't even know that you can't finalize a draft at an unauthorized conference, and it took you weeks to walk back that mistake.  Maybe you can log in to icann learn with your IOS 6.0 Ipad or greater and figure out how to lead this group to a completed NTIA proposal, the last 20 days there have been over 300 emails on this list and zero progress, nice work.  20 years since Bill Clinton asked for a strategy and still, year after year, ICANN is without a transition strategy.  Milk the golden cow.
