[CCWG-ACCT] Timeline and next steps (updated)

Phil,

That primarily refers to long-distance travel (planes and trains).  In
terms of local travel (i.e., driving and local mass transit and commuter
transit), day of Thanksgiving is an immense travel day (and 90% of
Thanksgiving travel is local travel).  So, this will very much interfere
with travel and preparation (cooking) on "turkey day" for many of us.  I'm
sure that our families will understand....
