[CCWG-ACCT] Timeline and next steps (updated)

Steve and all:
The issue of the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday needs to be separated from the overall timeline.
I have no problem with a call on a local holiday if there is no better alternative. I do have a problem with a timeline that does not allow proper review and public comment upon the proposal. The former is unfortunate but justifiable, the latter is unacceptable.

Regarding the proposed call next Thursday 26-Nov.

I too am gathering with family that day to celebrate America’s Thanksgiving holiday.

But I am willing to “carve" out 2 hours for a CCWG call, knowing that our colleagues have made similar sacrifices over the last year:
We’ve held calls on other national holidays
Both CWG and CCWG held calls on Canadian Thanksgiving
CWG-Stewardship held a call last year on US Thanksgiving

I encourage the Americans on this list to remember we are a global community here.
