[CCWG-ACCT] NTIA Statement on ST 18

I too, reading the mountain of ccwg mail to date, do not remember reading
as direct a statement to ccwg as your observation.

My +1 is in relation to:
"So just accepting the facts before me and deciding to move on in a
manner that completes this process with the many positives it brings."

Following the ccwg process to date, with a smattering of participation
continues to be, for me, a hugely enlightening and positive learning
experience in the development of a global multistakeholder governance
model.
