[CCWG-ACCT] Additional time in Dublin

At this point, fitting in more time will be like getting a spinal tap.
There's no room for that needle, but it's going in anyway.

On Saturday, I would expect to be in the GNSO Working Session (at least
technically, it is a GNSO working session, and not simply a GNSO Council
working session). Others will have the same issue, especially Councilors.

Friday afternoon, I have an overlapping meeting starting in the
mid-afternoon. A number of others will be expected to be at that same
meeting.
