Without directing any criticism of individual Co-Chairs, this is not 
entirely unexpected.

The WG is being put under artificial time pressure so that we (the 
community) agree to anoint the ICANN Board as 
Galactic-Rulers-in-perpetuity, wouldn't you agree?
