I also pointed out that Mr. Levine seems to have inadvertently channeled
the "ContractCo" proposal from CWG-Stewardship in his blog post.  A
personal favorite of mine, but not a crowd-pleaser.  And certainly not in
scope for CCWG-Accountability.
