Dear all,

George Sadowsky has a point. Lets go back to the basics,
1. Why was ICANN formed
2. Has it fullfilled it mandate
3. Going forwad what changes does it require from a legal and governance
perspective to fullfill its mandate in a better way in light of the IANA
stewardship transition? again lets focus on simplicity
4. This organization is just a means to an end and not an end in itself we
should therefore focus on the well being of the organization by harnessing
the resourcefullness of all so's and
Ac's
5. Where there is a will there is a way, lets not squander the opportunity.

My humble opinion.
