Ah, I mis-read the part where is says, "our respective contributions" to mean all members and participants contributions.  Mathieu won an award, which is great and congradulations for that, and I would further ask that Mathieu keep the accountability working group motivated to succeed in the transition process by announcing any further trophies or awards he may recieve.
