[CCWG-ACCT] [SOI update] Full disclosure on the way to Dublin

General question to the group, is announcement of personal awards officially delegated to the present time, WS2 or WS3?  I know the group stated that "new ideas on the new whistleblower process" are delegated to WS2, as there was "too much to be accomplished right now and not enough time to consider new ideas".  Thanks if you can clarify, as it seems we as a group have miraculously discovered time to announce well-deserved personal awards.
