[CCWG-ACCT] individual SO/AC elected Board member removal

Hello Chris,

As 1 of the questions I already asked, may I know if this process is
dependent of whether its a sole designator or multiple designator model
considering that by "sole designator" technically implies that "A"
designate appoints all board members.?
