[CCWG-ACCT] CCWG informal gathering at IGF

Hi,

I am sure even those of us that disagree would agree that Leon may not have
meant that.

I expect that Leon (Co-Chairs) will fix the wordings soon... Let's call
Leon's mail an enthusiastic act which can happen to anyone ;-)

That said, the IGF can indeed be turned into a formal meeting but this
would imply that resources would be put in place to ensure participation
for those not physically present.
