Two off the top of my head suggestions after reading this, which I think its solid common sense input that we should take on board:

1. I think that it would be valuable to invite Ira to our working sessions in Dublin, and also invite our other advisors to take part in our working sessions more actively.
2. Have we considered restructuring our document in a manner more akin to the CWG’s style, with a shorter core document that is presented in a simpler plainer language and moving the heavy detailed legal work to appendixes?
	By way of example currently we have 128 pages of document and 46 pages of Appendix, I would suggest that we undertake an effort to flip those numbers around to make the document more accesable.
