[CCWG-ACCT] Summary of current Board sentiment

There are many within the Board and the Community that have 17 years of
experience with ICANN.  Some are even former Board members.  The current
Board does not have 17 years of experience in doing anything, however, one
might say that Jones Day has 17 years of experience in advising the Board
in its dealings with the Community....
