[CCWG-ACCT] CCWG-Acct Hyderabad Meeting and Travel Funding Process for Members

Hi Karen,

I think some preference should be given to interested candidates form under
developing countries. This way we can appreciate them so as to evenly
utilization of limited funds.

I hope the selection committee will take this into account as well.
