Thank you very much for the enormous efforts by you co-chairs and by ICANN
Staff putting together this draft.
I have downloaded the entire package and start proof reading
I understand that NO COMMENTS OF SUBSTANCE is Normally expected.
I have reviewed ICANN Board's comments in REC.11 which seems to be quite
reasonable.
Other amendments  should be limited to editorial, Cross refernce checking
