Dear Co-Chairs and Staff,  Here are our minor comments on the remaining
annexes (Word in tracked changes and PDF indicating the changes).   Note
that Paragraph 285 of Annex 15 includes an inactive link to the current IANA
contract, and that link should be fixed.
