Sorry for the confusion and thank you for flagging! I appear to have accidentally swapped the locations of the 17th and 19th of February drafts for Appendix A in posting.

I looked for it both Appendix A (19th Feb version) and Appendix H but wasn't able to find it in the latest documents at this point.
