[CCWG-ACCT] poll result and next steps

Dear Colleagues

If you have any problem on how «Broad Support» should be defined, please
address yourself to NTIA.

These term WAS FIRST used in their announcement of 14 March 2014 regarding
the transition of IANA Function Stewardship.

CCWG is not a Cross Community Vocabulary Working Group.
