[CCWG-ACCT] Request for Clarification on Threshold Issue

Asking as both a Participant, and also as what I suggest is often 
quaintly described as a 'community leader' of one of the Chartering 
Organisations (i.e. a Council Member of the ccNSO), will the Co-Chairs 
please address the following question, either with, or without, the aid 
of the Members.

"Does the Draft Final Report that was transmitted to the COs several 
days ago accurately represent the agreed work product of the CCWG?"

That question has a binary answer.

It seems to me that discussion continues on further modifications or 
amendment to it.

Is my understanding correct?
