[CCWG-ACCT] [icann-board] The CCWG and external self-interest

George - I saw this exchange and I'm not certain why we would object that
the Heritage Foundation's position will be noted as part of the record?
Brett was always talking on behalf of the HF but the same is true for other
members who are talking on behalf of their organisation. Are you saying
that each outside-ICANN constituency position must be accepted first by an
ICANN community to become registered and noted?

Thanks, Erika
