[CCWG-ACCT] FW: Lawyer's High Level Review re Proposal to Refer to 2004 ASO MOU in Mission Statement (Annex 5, Third Proposal)

Dear Andrew,
Pls kindly note my message indicating that if we quickly reach a consensus
on the matter for me it is perfect. I am worried about opening a new round
of discussions so far as I know my CCWG Colleagues they quickly start to
proposed changes .I wish to avoid that
