Hi Siva, 

The “Guidelines for standards of Board conduct” Work Stream 2 topic originated from Annex 4 under The Power to Remove Individual ICANN Board Directors - para 54: “Guidelines for standards of conduct that will be presumed to be in good faith (for example, conducting reasonable due diligence as to the truthfulness of a statement) will be developed in Work Stream 2.”

This topic is currently listed in the new Bylaws at page 135 item (b) (viii) “Guidelines for standards of conduct presumed to be in good faith associated with exercising removal of individual Directors”

Hope this helps. I will add this context to the Expression of Interest form.
