NTIA has just issued its assessment report of the IANA Stewardship Transition proposals. The full report can be read here: https://www.ntia.doc.gov/files/ntia/publications/iana_stewardship_transition_assessment_report.pdf

In its report, NTIA states: 

"NTIA finds that the IANA Stewardship Transition Proposal meets the criteria necessary to complete the long-promised privatization of the IANA functions.”
