President of the People's Republic of China and President of the Russian
Federation Joint Declaration on cooperation to promote the development of
information in cyberspace

People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation Head of State pointed
out that with the rapid advances in information infrastructure and
information and communication technology, information in cyberspace
profoundly changed the production of human life, a strong impetus to social
development. A secure stability and prosperity of information in
cyberspace, the two countries as well as world peace and development are of
great significance. The two countries will work together to promote the
development of information in cyberspace, to better benefit the two peoples
and the people of the world.

We believe that the information in cyberspace is facing increasingly
serious security challenges, IT severe abuse, including China and Russia,
including the countries have important common interests and cooperation in
space, should mutual respect and mutual trust on the basis of it security

information in cyberspace, fully carry out substantive dialogue and
cooperation.

We always abide by the information in cyberspace respect for the principles

"People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation joint statement on
deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation, promote

security in cyberspace, reached the following consensus:
