Decisions:

·       Inclusion of an additional recommendation that every decisional participant in the Empowered Community should document the process by which that group reaches any decisions as decisional participants in the community, and that when an AC or SO renders a decision, that it should provide written notice of what the decision was.

·       Regarding the comment from the Board around the group considering things the community might do to execute reviews in a timely basis, the group determined they are unable to find any mechanism whereby AC/SO can individually or collectively make their work more timely, in the selection of team members, performing their work, and delivering a report.


Action Items:
1. Staff to send the edited and agreed to text re: ASO to the ASO leadership. Send to Bart to send to ASO leadership and see if they have any feedback or require any edits.
2. Ask subgroup team via the list to look at edited text based on the call today.
