Dear Sebastien, I still think there may be somebody with some problem to 
raise, and you will not know exactly if you should go to Ombusd or the 
Complaint Officer.
In this paragraph: Key Responsibilities
 
Responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to complaints 
about ICANN's effectiveness as an organization and will be responsible 
for all complaints systems and mechanisms across the ICANN organization.
I believe clarification is needed on "... all complaints systems and 
mechanisms across the ICANN organization."
