Hello,

As much as I like the idea, I would think setting/updating a/the travel
policy globally would be more appropriate; this group is just one out of
the many other current/future groups who may find themselves in similar
situation.
Perhaps this can be a recommendation to the Board (or whoever is charge of
ICANN travel policy)
