[CCWG-ACCT] CEP discussion paper

Hello everybody,
  
 In anticipation of the upcoming CCWG F2F in Johannesburg, attached please 
find a discussion paper from the Reviewing the Cooperative Engagement 
Process subgroup. We trust this document will be useful in updating the 
plenary on our work and helping to allow for robust and informed discussion 
in South Africa.
  
 Safe travel to all of those journeying to ICANN 59, and we look forward to 
interacting with everyone, online and offline, as we work together to 
successfully complete this historic project.
